About Us

Dr. Patni is a leadership coach and an organisational consultant specializing in developing emotional acumen, authenticity, and leadership action in organisations. Dr. Patni works across-cultures seamlessly and effectively, with individuals and with groups. Dr. Patni has a PhD in Management Studies (Brunel Business School), higher degrees from The London School of Economics and The Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in HE from Brunel University, and an undergraduate degree from Lady Shri Ram College. Dr. Patni lives between London and Goa and enjoys what each place offers for her little family to grow together! Notably, Dr. Patni was invited to co-facilitate a team development intensive for the Retail Leaders for Ikea, Shanghai. This was an emergent workshop facilitation that required skilful observation and intervention. Dr. Patni is currently working on an organisational learning and change facilitation project for a premier residential school in India (MCGS, Ajmer). This includes creating a learning-organisation culture and involves elements of deep work in team dynamics. Dr. Patni also facilitates leadership retreats for high-net-worth entrepreneurs, global leaders and path-breakers, through her narrative-integrative work. Dr. Patni has worked on the leadership programmes conducted by The Recess College, UK, a highly respected and niche consultancy between 2012-2017. Dr. Patni founded The Matrix of Enquiry and co-founded Lightwork Retreats to create opportunities for growth and learning in the organisational and individual matrices.
